Personalized Coaching With Real Connection

ProjectPR Coaching is more than a virtual training plan. We use structured daily workouts to help athletes train around busy schedules, but every plan is personalized to the athlete’s fitness level, experience, goals, lifestyle, strengths, and areas that need support.

Unlike generic training plans, Manny and Elias adjust workouts as athletes progress and provide accountability, feedback, and support through WhatsApp, Zoom, and in-person conversations when available. Manny supports athletes locally in the Rio Grande Valley, while Elias supports athletes in Central Texas and is based in San Marcos.

ProjectPR also gives athletes a team connection. Local Rio Grande Valley and Central Texas teammates can meet up for training, while remote athletes stay connected through team chats to share training updates, encouragement, and race preparation. Athletes also receive nutrition support for fueling, hydration, long training days, and race-day needs.
